Chemical testing

A number of standards, requirements specifications ( NADCAP AS7114 / 1 , ASTM E1417 , AMS 2644 , SNECMA DMC 0010 AITM6 -1001 ) are recommanded  to perform various analyses of penetrants used in immersion , including:

• A monthly measurement of the moisture content for the pre- emulsified penetrants
• A quarterly monitoring of the fluorescence
• A complete annual physico- chemical analysis
  

SREM Technologies offers to perform these analyses to comply with these standards and requirements by sending us a sample of penetrant ( all references accepted). All these analyses are carried out in our laboratory , ensuring a short time (maximum 5 days upon receipt of sample ) according to the standards required .

SREM Technologies also offers packages for annual pre- emulsified penetrant and post-emulsion penetrant , which will allow you for 1 year to meet the particular requirements of the following specifications and requirements : NADCAP AS71114 / 1 - ASTM E 1417 - AITM 6-1001.

To comply with the requirements and specifications NADCAP - ASTM and AITM  for 1 : a monthly Measurement of water content – a quaterly Control of Fluorescence Intensity –  a  complete analysis physico-chemical – ASTM E1417 - EN ISO 3452-2 , SAE AMS 2644 - AS7114 / 1 ( NADCAP ) - AITM6-1001.

Annual Packages NADCAP / ASTM - penetrant post émulsion

To comply with the requirements and specifications NADCAP - ASTM and AITM  for 1 year, including : a quaterly Control of Fluorescence Intensity – a complete annual analysis physico-chemical, such as : ASTM E1417 - EN ISO 3452 -2 - SAE AMS 2644 - AS7114 / 1 ( NADCAP ) - AITM6-1001.

Packaging

We provide you under the NADCAP PACKAGES, all packaging (bottles) in order to send us samples of your pénétrant. The packaging is adapted with no risk of leakage during transport. Volume is also suitable for the analysis to be carried out.
